Events Western Australian Community Foundation runs a number of events and activities each year aimed at building community capacity, facilitating philanthropy and raising awareness about giving in Western Australia.
Initiatives include business breakfasts, community round tables, and up-close-and-personals by leaders and experts.
The Foundation's Summit, held each year, is its flagship event. It brings community leaders, government representatives, corporates and academics together in order to share information on innovative community theory and practice.
The 2008 Summit was held on 19 September at the Government House Ballroom in Perth. Click here to review copies of the speakers presentations.
The 2009 Summit will be held on Friday, 18 September at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre. Further information will follow in due course.
